Shipments and Returns

Your Order Shipment

 

We are able to ship to the UK mainland via Royal Mail or our courier service UPS, and to outlying regions via Royal Mail.    For International orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For or Tracked & Traced service.   For countries close to the UK delivery can be as quick as 3 days, and 10 days is typical for further destinations.   UPS shipping is possible by arrangement for international addresses, please contact for quotations.

 

For most packages we are able to supply tracking numbers.   For international shipments this will typically only confirm that the parcel has left the UK, but the tracking number may work in your local postal service's website.   If you do need the tracking number please email, but please also allow time for a delivery to have been attempted.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to your delivery address. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

Returns

 

We follow Consumer Contracts regulations which came in to force on the 14th June 2014; therefore there is a grace period of fourteen calender days for products to be returned from date of receipt. Please contact us to tell us that you wish to return the products you have bought. Products must be returned withing fourteen days of that date. You have a responsibility for the condition of the goods and returns must be received by us in "as new" condition, as you would expect to receive them, for a full refund, otherwise deductions may be made to the refund. Therefore we recommend using sufficient packaging to protect them on their journey. Returned shipping costs will not be refunded by J.S. Technology Ltd.

 

If you intend to return an item please notify us as we stop the clock at this point; Once you tell us, we consider this the point where the refund process starts.   Please also note that if you need technical help and contact us this also stops the clock in the refund process.   We try to be as fair as possible, and this means that if you need help with a product not to worry that the refund process will still be an option if you need it.   As long as any technical advice is acted on within a week that time will be added to the refund window.

 

In addition to your your statutory rights under Consumer Contracts legislation we also allow goods to be returned up to 30 days from dispatch. Refunds are only possible on products returned within 60 days and no refund is possible after this time. You have a responsibility for the condition of the goods and within this extended period returns must be received by us in "as new" condition or the request will be rejected. Therefore we recommend using sufficient packaging to protect them on their journey.

All products have a one year return to base warranty. Faulty products are very rare so please contact us first to ensure that it does require to be returned. From experience, most problems are due to changes in configuration or the TV button being pressed on the Sky remote. It would also be advisable to check our technical section for a possible solution to any problems.
